fhfun Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and fhfun ("fhfun," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fhfun.club and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging into the Platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature or content on fhfun, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with fhfun's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion only.

To use fhfun, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and permitted;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by fhfun or any of its affiliated gaming providers;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register or excluded from online gaming activity by court order, regulatory directive, or prior fhfun account action;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

fhfun reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. Any winnings accrued by underage players will be forfeited and, where applicable, deposited amounts will be returned net of any processing fees.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on fhfun at any time. Registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number;
• Not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Update your account information promptly if any registered details change;
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process when requested by fhfun, using a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.

fhfun reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reason to believe that the information provided is false, incomplete, or fraudulent.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fhfun account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your fhfun account.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your fhfun account and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where this feature is available;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify fhfun's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

fhfun will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, provided that fhfun has not been negligent in the security of its own systems. All transactions carried out using your login credentials before fhfun is notified of any breach will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

All financial transactions on fhfun — including deposits, bets, and bonuses — are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). fhfun does not accept foreign currency deposits; any currency conversion costs are borne solely by the User.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, subject to availability and minimum deposit thresholds as published on the Platform. The current minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

By making a deposit, you warrant that:

• You are the authorized owner of the payment method used;
• The funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of criminal activity;
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

fhfun does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests from your fhfun account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — fhfun does not make payments to third-party accounts;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fulfilled before the relevant bonus-linked funds become withdrawable;
• fhfun reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request;
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply as published on the Platform; VIP account tiers may be subject to elevated limits.

Standard withdrawal requests to verified GCash accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Large withdrawal requests may be subject to a brief manual review prior to release.

fhfun reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

fhfun may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotions (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the Bonus is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Each Bonus may only be claimed once per eligible account, household, IP address, and device unless stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied;
• fhfun reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time without notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms will be forfeited;
• Where winnings derived from Bonus funds are withdrawn prior to completion of applicable wagering requirements, fhfun reserves the right to deduct the Bonus value and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.

All games available on fhfun — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, specialty games, and fish hunting titles — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

fhfun partners exclusively with licensed and certified game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer equipment have been independently audited for fairness and accuracy. All published Return to Player (RTP) figures are theoretical averages; actual results in any individual session will vary.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or interruption to a live stream during an active wager, fhfun's technical team will review available logs and records to determine the correct settlement of the affected bet. fhfun's decision in this regard, made in good faith based on available records, shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fhfun Platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether using your own identity or a fabricated identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, exploits, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over fhfun or other players;
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be void;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of fhfun's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure to process funds from illegal sources;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening fhfun staff, support personnel, or other players;
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercially exploiting your fhfun account or any associated Bonuses;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Breach of any prohibition in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and Bonuses, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the fhfun Platform — including but not limited to the fhfun brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and compiled game libraries — is the proprietary intellectual property of fhfun or its licensed game providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use the fhfun brand, name, or logo in any manner without express prior written consent;
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fhfun's total cumulative liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fhfun account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fhfun expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, maintenance periods, or downtime outside of fhfun's reasonable control;
• Losses caused by your failure to comply with these Terms or to implement reasonable security measures on your own devices.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fhfun's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

fhfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Extended account inactivity as defined in fhfun's dormant account policy;
• Your voluntary request to close your account or activate self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (net of forfeited Bonuses and any applicable deductions under these Terms) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for a period as specified in the dormant account policy published on the Platform — may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee. The applicable fee and inactivity period will be as stated in that policy, which forms part of these Terms.

fhfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered fhfun account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your fhfun account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block future re-registration at fhfun.

fhfun collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a fhfun account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

fhfun may be required to share your personal data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law, without prior notice to you. fhfun will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by fhfun, subject to fhfun's legal obligations to retain certain records. Requests should be submitted in writing to fhfun's support team.

fhfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — fhfun will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as provided in Section 12.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact fhfun's customer support team in the first instance to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. fhfun's support team will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and to comply with any applicable resolution procedures established by PAGCOR with respect to disputes arising from licensed online gaming activity.
